Legal Entity Notice: This website, znthagency.com, is owned and operated by TVA Holdings, a Wyoming company doing business as (DBA) ZNTH Agency. All references to "ZNTH Agency," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to TVA Holdings DBA ZNTH Agency.

TVA Holdings is the legal entity that operates under the trade name ZNTH Agency for the purpose of providing lead generation and marketing services. Use of the Site does not create any professional, advisory, or contractual relationship beyond what is explicitly stated herein.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without our written permission

5. Submitting Your Information

ZNTH Agency (a trade name of TVA Holdings) provides law firm marketing services. When you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages related to lead generation updates, case inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, and marketing communications on behalf of our law firm partners.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 936-259-0558. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
